Dual Liquidity Pools

When a token graduates, migration liquidity is split by live prices: part stays in TOKEN/H2O, part is converted to SOL for a TOKEN/SOL pool. Optional protocol-owned liquidity from the H2O treasury adds depth instead of only dividing reserves.
